This site was created for coastal residents to link to information about storms from a cell phone or PDA before, during and after the storm. MS-AL Sea Grant Consortium along with several other NOAA agencies worked together to compile a one-stop-shop for Hurricane information. The site features these topics: weather, tides, surge, buouys and maps, as well as prepartion and short-term recovery with many categories within. There are no graphics so that it can load quickly.
